Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - we kindly ask you to make sure the goods are safely wrapped and insured.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our studio and for the return expenses. Please keep your receipt as a proof that the package was sent.
You also have the possibility to stop by our Atelier at baghuset, Forhåbningsholms Allé 2a, 1905 Frederiksberg.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping
Grafik are shipped from Atelier Hjorth-Rohde in Copenhagen, Denmark within 3 days of receipt of payment. All grafik are insured during shipping and must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. Any damages must be communicated to us on the day of receipt in order for the insurance to be valid.
International shipping
We are happy to ship outside of Denmark. Kindly email your details to contact@hjorth-rohde.com and we will return with a shipping quote.
